REGISTRATION
Upon submission of the Registration Form enclosed within this Prospectus and payment of Rs. 200/-, the student’s name is officially registered for admission.
Admission to the school is contingent upon an interaction session with the student.
Confirmation of admission is granted solely to classes for which the student has been deemed eligible.
Please note that the school retains the discretion to accept or reject any candidate, regardless of the regulations outlined in the prospectus.

MODE OF FEE PAYMENT
The fee structure at Joy Valley School is designed for convenience and transparency. Fees are payable in three installments within the first five days of April, September, and December. Payment can be made via pay order, demand draft, or through four advance post-dated cheques made payable to Joy Valley School.
It is important to note that the school does not undertake the responsibility of sending reminders to parents for fee clearance. In the event of late submission, a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged until the dues are settled. Additionally, in cases where cheques bounce, a fine of Rs. 250/- will be incurred. Two consecutive instances of bounced cheques will result in the withdrawal of this payment facility for the parents’ convenience and to maintain financial integrity.
TC AND WITHDRAWAL
If a student needs to be withdrawn from Joy Valley School, a written application must be submitted by March 15th.
The issuance of a Transfer Certificate (TC) is subject to the completion of all clearance formalities, including the settlement of any outstanding dues.
The fee for a Transfer Certificate is Rs. 200, and a duplicate can be issued upon request for a fee of Rs. 500.
Upon application, the Transfer Certificate will be issued within 5 days from the date of request.
